A Christmas tree in perforated plate

Schiavetti Lamiere forate, in collaboration with the Municipality of Genoa, the Generazione Abile Association and the Italian Welding Institute, has created a Christmas tree entirely made of perforated sheets.

On December 14th it was placed in Piazza Santa Fede and decorated by the children of the elementary school Giano Grillo. For more details on the initiative, see the website of the Municipality of Genoa:

An original way to experience an ecological Christmas: the result is in fact a tree of great elegance and visual impact, thanks to the play of light created by the transparencies of the perforated sheets.
